Responsibilities of Senior GSA (Guest Service Associate)1. Guest Service & Experience

• Ensure every guest is greeted warmly and provided with prompt, courteous service.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Maintain strong product knowledge (menu, promotions, events) to assist guests effectively.
• Monitor service quality and ensure standards are consistently met.

2. Team Support & Supervision

• Assist in guiding and mentoring junior GSAs and service staff.
• Support the floor supervisor/manager in daily operations.
• Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and punctuality of the team.

3. Service Operations

• Oversee smooth flow of dine-in service including order taking, serving, and table setup.
• Ensure food and beverage orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Supervise billing, cash/UPI/card handling when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service and special requests.

4. Sales & Upselling

• Actively promote add-ons, upselling of food and beverages, and ongoing offers.
• Encourage repeat business by building rapport with regular guests.

5. Hygiene & Standards

• Ensure cleanliness of service areas, tables, and dining spaces.
• Monitor adherence to food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
• Ensure service equipment (cutlery, crockery, glassware) is clean and presentable.

6. Training & Development

• Train new GSAs and service staff on service standards, POS system, and guest handling.
• Share feedback and improvement points with the team.

7. Reporting & Communication

• Maintain daily reports of guest feedback, sales highlights, and operational challenges.
• Communicate effectively between kitchen, bar, and service teams to avoid delays or confusion.
• Report directly to the Captain/Floor Supervisor/Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
