Responsibilities

• Lead the

  end-to-end execution

  of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects (CAPEX & OPEX).
• Oversee

  design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover

  of projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams including

  design engineers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors

  .
• Ensure strict compliance with

  quality, safety, and environmental standards (QHSE)

  .
• Prepare and monitor

  project schedules, budgets, and resources

  , ensuring timely delivery within cost targets.
• Coordinate with clients, DISCOMs, and government authorities for

  net metering, approvals, and inspections

  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, logistical, or contractual challenges during execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate

  documentation, project reports, and billing records

  .
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training for the project execution team.

Experience

• Minimum 6-7

  years of experience

  in project management, with at least

  5 years in the Solar EPC industry

  .
• Proven track record of executing

  industrial/commercial rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects (≥3 MW cumulative capacity)

  .
• Experience managing

  DISCOM approvals, electrical systems, and regulatory compliances

  .

Key Skills

• In-depth knowledge of

  solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical panels

  .
• Strong expertise in

  project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

  .
• Familiarity with

  MS Project / Primavera, and MS Excel

  .
• Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and third-party agencies effectively.
• Understanding of

  O&M practices, safety standards, and statutory compliances

  .
• Strong coordination with

  procurement and supply chain teams

  for timely material delivery.
