SENIOR SALES MANAGER/DGM

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads in

    industrial and commercial sectors

    for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
  • Understand client energy consumption patterns and propose suitable

    solar CAPEX / OPEX models

    .
  • Present detailed proposals including

    ROI, savings, payback period, and technical feasibility

    .
  • Develop strong relationships with

    plant heads, facility managers, purchase heads, and CXOs

    .
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the technical/design team for site surveys, proposals, and project execution.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to

    solar net metering and subsidies

    .
  • Maintain records of leads, opportunities, sales pipeline, and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring smooth customer experience and repeat business.
  • Represent the company at

    exhibitions, trade shows, and industry forums

    to expand business reach.

    connections in industrial and commercial sectors

Key Skills

  • Lead generation & business development

    in industries and commercial units.
  • Strong knowledge of

    solar EPC, inverters, batteries, and electrical systems

    .
  • Expertise in

    CAPEX, OPEX/Lease, and Open Access models

    .
  • Familiarity with

    net metering, DISCOM approvals, and government solar policies

    .
  • Ability to calculate and present

    ROI, payback, and savings analysis

    .
  • Relationship management with

    plant heads, purchase managers, CFOs, and business owners

    .
  • Comfortable using

    CRM tools, MS Excel, and proposal preparation

    .
