As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions. You will translate product requirements into working software, ensuring functionality, scalability, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive innovation and efficiency in Call Engine (CEN), ASR, TTS, Voice Quality, and related components.
• Solve complex problems to deliver impactful, high-quality UX solutions.
• Contribute to systems architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align feature development with business objectives.
• Identify and resolve bugs to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Actively participate in Agile team processes and best practices.

  Contact Centre technologies (Voice, IVR)

• Strong

• Advanced programming skills with openness to learn across the stack

Front-End:

• JavaScript (React preferred), GraphQL, Webpack, form management tools (React-final-form)
• Telephony User Interface (TUI) experience

Back-End:

• Microservices architecture, C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core
• C++/Rust and cross-language interoperability
• Linux, Virtualization
• Database development with ORM tools (Entity Framework/Dapper), MSSQL preferred
• Concurrency, parallel programming, event-driven architecture
• VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), networking protocols (TCP, UDP)
• Low-level programming (kernel to network space)

Deployment & Cloud:

• AWS services (Fargate, Kubernetes, S3, RDS, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk)
• Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation/Terraform)
• CI/CD (Buildkite, CircleCI, Jenkins)
