Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy full stack applications with integrated AI/ML features.
• Architect and implement AI-powered solutions for customer-facing features (chatbots, recommendations, personalization).
• Automate business operations (sales, marketing, support) using AI and workflow automation tools.
• Integrate code automation tools and frameworks to accelerate development cycles.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to identify and deliver AI-driven improvements.
• Maintain and scale AI systems in production environments, overseeing data pipelines and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge AI technologies and apply best practices to product development.
• Document processes, achievements, and results for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years in full stack software development (frontend & backend)
• 2+ years building and deploying AI/ML models at scale
• Strong programming skills: Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Java, etc.
• Experience with modern frameworks: React/Vue.js/Angular, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Flask/Django, etc.
• Proven track record in workflow automation using AI/ML
• Cloud & DevOps understanding (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
