Junior Content Writer

We are disrupting this space to make Small and Medium Retail stores go online & to help them drive deeper customer engagement. We have an engineering-built product that sells itself and now we have customers across 10 countries, and we are growing. Our product uses cloud technologies to support more than 100million online users. Our Company is founded and managed by successful senior executives from Amazon, Aspire Systems, Cognizant, and Zoho with 60 years of collective experience. With versatility and hands-on experience, we have built prior start-ups and scaled them to multi-million-dollar companies.

Job Description:

• Understand the business problem, customer pain and translate them into a story.
• Understand customer pain addressed by product features, measure the impact by data, and write stories with metrics.
• Build the product brand with consistent story writing across various content.
• Enlighten the customer with important business measurements through simple stories.
• Develop engaging new stories and communication for external audiences.
• Write online content ensuring it is relevant, current and engaging.
• Creating content for blogs, social media, website pages, proofreading, success stories, newsletter.
• Collate material internally and liaise with web publishing and website content writing.
• Work with the group, marketing, and sales team to plan a content strategy.
• Work with internal teams on product and documentation requirements.
• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.

Requirements:

• Extremely good written English
• Strong grammar and vocabulary
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly grasp concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
