Role Description

conceptualize, script, and moderate short-form content (Reels, Shorts, YT Videos)

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Ideation

• Study client’s niche, audience, and positioning.
• Research trends, hooks, and formats in short-form content.
• Generate

  15–20 script ideas per client/month

  that balance storytelling + business outcomes.

Scriptwriting

• Write

  attention-grabbing hooks, body, and CTA

  for 30–60 sec videos.
• Adapt tone to match each client’s voice (bold, witty, inspiring, professional, etc.).
• Ensure scripts are platform-optimized (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts).

Collaboration

• Work closely with CSMs to understand client stories and business needs.
• Take client feedback and refine scripts quickly.

Quality & Deadlines

• Maintain consistency in quality, originality, and brand alignment.
• Deliver

  error-free, plagiarism-free scripts

  on time.
• Keep documentation/SOPs updated for script banks per client.

Key Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

  (Not mandatory if portfolio is strong).

• Experience:

  1–3 years in content writing, copywriting, or social media content creation.

• Skills:

Strong storytelling ability with understanding of emotional hooks.

Excellent command of English and Tamil (grammar + conversational flow).

Creative + research-oriented: can turn complex business ideas into simple stories.

Basic understanding of social media trends and algorithms.

Time management → must meet tight deadlines (15–20 scripts/client/month).
