Senior Software Engineer

As a Production Supervisor at McCormick, you will have the responsibility of overseeing the shift production operations to ensure alignment with plant performance parameters and meeting short-term and long-term objectives. Your key roles and responsibilities will include: - Leading and supervising the plant production personnel on a day-to-day basis to ensure the production of quality goods according to the plan, while adhering to the company's quality standards and policies. - Implementing productivity improvement initiatives by setting action plans, reviewing job responsibilities, and identifying required qualifications and competencies for the production staff. - Ensuring the training, qualification, and licensing of all subordinates for their respective tasks and jobs. - Supervising pre-weight management processes to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials for production, reporting results, and initiating improvement drives for losses, quality, and energy efficiency. - Monitoring and maintaining proper housekeeping in the designated areas, ensuring compliance with waste disposal and recycling regulations, and preparing management reports as required. - Developing action plans to control costs and meet targets effectively. Qualifications required for this role include a B.Tech (Engineering) degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG/Food industry with exposure to manufacturing services.
