Senior Software Engineer – Team Lead (NestJS, Laravel, Node.js, AWS) Location: Onsite – Jaipur, Rajasthan, India Experience: 6+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer – Team Lead to join our dynamic development team in Jaipur. You will lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications. Your core responsibilities will revolve around backend technologies including NestJS , Laravel , and Node.js , as well as infrastructure management using AWS and job queue management via BullMQ and Redis . Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of backend developers. Architect scalable backend systems using NestJS and Laravel . Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system design, development, and deployment. Oversee development of asynchronous task handling using BullMQ and Redis . Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.). Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure DevOps best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Take ownership of projects, from planning to deployment and maintenance.
