Lead the development of applications using the 𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐍 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤
Architect solutions using 𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬/𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
Own 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧, 𝐀𝐏𝐈 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲, 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐎𝐩𝐬 𝐩𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬
Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices

MongoDB: schema design, indexing, aggregation pipeline, sharding
Express.js: middleware, routing, CORS, security headers
React.js: Redux/Zustand, hooks, SSR with Next.js
Node.js: async programming, streams, clustering, scaling

Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in software development
