Key Responsibilities: - Lead an engagement from the GDS front, ensuring timely and high-quality work in line with EY Global Audit Methodology. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of aligned engagement and EY GAM while reviewing procedures performed by GDS staff. - Develop relationships with key EY Global counterparts and embed EY Quality and Risk Management procedures into the team's work. - Proactively manage workflow, allocate resources, monitor performance, and discuss operational matters with assurance teams. - Establish expectations of value delivery and identify opportunities to enhance work scope. - Standardize review processes, leverage best practices, motivate and lead GDS team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback. - Be responsible for operational matters related to engagements and lead by example. Qualifications Required: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) - Articleship with other big four or mid-tier accounting firms - ACCA / CPA with 2+ years of relevant work experience - Non-Qualified (B. Com) with 3+ years of relevant work experience in Assurance - 0-2 years post-qualification experience with either a) Mid-or top-tier accounting firm focused on external or Assurance reviews b) MNC or larger domestic Indian companies, preferably within a Shared Service Environment Additional Company Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) offers a dynamic and truly global delivery network with fulfilling career opportunities across all business disciplines.
