About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer – C++ to join our core engineering team. The role involves hands-on development of complex C++ systems and collaboration with other engineers to deliver robust and scalable software. You will also guide junior team members and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable C++ applications.
• 
  Collaborate with architects and senior leads on system design and implementation strategies.
• 
  Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
• 
  Provide technical guidance and informal mentorship to junior engineers in the team.
• 
  Debug and resolve software defects, performance issues, and system bottlenecks.
• 
  Work closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth and timely releases.
• 
  Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  Strong programming expertise in C++11/14/17 and proficiency in object-oriented design.
• 
  Experience with multi-threaded programming, memory management, and performance tuning.
• 
  Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• 
  Hands-on experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
• 
  Familiarity with Git and modern development practices including CI/CD.
• 
  Good communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.

Good to Have

• 
  Experience with CMake or other build systems.
• 
  Exposure to Boost, gdb, Valgrind, or other profiling/debugging tools.
• 
  Prior experience guiding or mentoring junior developers.
• 
  Domain knowledge in travel, aviation, or logistics is a plus.
