Job Description Job Title: Principal Program Manager Location: Bangalore Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned program & delivery leader to build and lead zapcom's PMO and Resource Management functions. The role includes managing a team of multiple Project Managers and Scrum Masters embedded in customer delivery programs and taking ownership of enterprise-wide resource allocation, bench management and workforce forecasting. This role combines hands-on delivery governance with strategic visibility into capacity planning and demand/supply alignment. You will establish project delivery standards, run review cadences, design dashboards, and ensure the right talent is deployed to the right programs at the right time. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and Scrum Masters across customer projects. Establish and manage PMO processes (delivery reviews, escalation paths, risk tracking) Standardize delivery practices (scope, milestones, status reporting, change control) Provide delivery oversight and proactively address risks in ongoing projects Own the resource management process end-to-end (allocation planning, bench tracking, forecasting, workload optimization ) Work with practice and delivery leaders to map talent to project demand and reduce idle capacity Create and maintain real-time dashboards for delivery progress and resource utilization Align delivery execution and resource planning with company’s strategic and customer success goals Required Experience 12+ years in program / delivery management, with at least 3–5 years leading a PMO, resource management, or large-scale program team Proven experience managing multiple delivery programs and enterprise-level resource allocation Strong understanding of SDLC, agile delivery methodologies, and delivery governance Hands-on experience with capacity planning / workforce utilization tools (Excel, PSA, Jira, BI dashboards, etc.) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with executive and customer‐CXO audiences Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering business or related field; Agile/Scrum certifications a plus
