Responsibilities

Technical Delivery

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure smooth testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ship features end-to-end.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain code quality across the team.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify technical improvements, optimize code for performance, and reduce technical debt.
• Explore new technologies and share knowledge with the team.
• Ensure application security, stability, and reliability in production environments.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software development with a strong record of technical ownership.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in

  Java 8+

  .
• Solid understanding of

  REST APIs(Spring boot), microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and caching systems like Redis/Aerospike

  .
• Experience with Go Lang, Python and frontend frameworks like

  React

  will be a plus
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Good understanding of

  data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

  .
