Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi/NCR for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting training sessions for sales teams, and providing effective communication between the sales teams and customers. The role will require frequent travel within the territory to meet clients and ensure the company's products and solutions are delivered effectively.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to train and mentor sales teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
