Job Overview: We seek a creative and data-driven Sr. Social Media Marketing Expert to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, deeply familiar with social trends, and has a firm grasp of analytics and content strategy. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.). Create engaging content tailored to each platform – including copy, graphics, video, and multimedia. Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and competitor activity; adjust strategy as needed. Manage a content calendar and ensure timely publishing of posts. Run and optimise paid social media campaigns to meet KPIs (traffic, conversions, engagement). Track and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align messaging and branding. Build and manage online communities, responding to comments, messages, and interactions. Stay current with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role. Strong portfolio of social media campaigns or accounts you’ve managed. Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar platforms. Experience with social media ad platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Strong understanding of social media KPIs and how to interpret performance data. Creativity, adaptability, and a strong sense of timing and trends. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Nice to Have: Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, etc.). Video editing or experience with short-form video (e.g., Reels, TikToks). Influencer marketing or brand collaboration experience. SEO knowledge and blog content experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in social media management. Proven track record of successful social media campaigns. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Experience with social media management tools and analytics software.
