We're urgently seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Social Media Head to lead our growing team at Blank Media. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. Translate client goals into effective social media strategies.
• Creative Thinking & Strategy: Develop innovative social media strategies tailored to each brand, conceptualizing campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Social Media Management: Oversee multiple social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), including content calendars, posting schedules, community engagement, and platform growth.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and foster the growth of our social media team (managers, designers, copywriters), ensuring quality output and maximizing their potential.
• Pitch Deck & Reporting: Create high-quality pitch decks for new business opportunities and build insightful monthly and campaign-specific performance reports.
• Meetings & Strategy Sessions: Conduct internal meetings for team alignment and external meetings to present strategies, ideas, and results. Own brainstorming and review sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Communication: Clearly and persuasively communicate ideas, feedback, and strategies to both internal teams and clients, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or digital communication roles.
• Exceptional client-handling and project management skills.
• Strong creative mindset with the ability to transform ideas into actionable strategies.
• Ability to create and deliver powerful presentations and decks.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.), Canva, PowerPoint/Keynote, and analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a significant plus.
• A good design sense and understanding of social media trends is a bonus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
