Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for a Senior Social Media Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence. Daily responsibilities will include planning, creating, and optimizing content across platforms, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with the brand's voice and objectives. Cross-team collaboration will also be vital for integrating social media efforts into broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing for engaging and effective brand messaging
• Experience in creating and implementing Content Strategies tailored to diverse audiences
• Analytical abilities to evaluate social media performance metrics and refine campaigns
• Proficiency in social media tools and platforms, along with staying updated on emerging trends
• Leadership skills and experience managing teams or coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study
• Familiarity with South Delhi's market dynamics is an added advantage
