About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Social Media Manager with a strong background in agency work to lead our social media team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking to manage multiple brands, oversee other social media managers, and drive impactful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of social media managers, ensuring smooth execution of brand strategies.

Develop, plan, and oversee social media campaigns across platforms.

Ensure brand consistency in messaging, design, and tone of voice.

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Collaborate with design and production teams to create high-quality content.

Run and optimize paid social media ad campaigns.

Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to drive innovation.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital/creative agency.

Proven leadership qualities with experience managing a team.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Creativity with a strong eye for design and content production.

Hands-on experience with paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail.
