As a Senior Social Media Account Manager at Wildpunch, your role involves managing client accounts, driving brand strategy, and ensuring high-quality campaign execution. You will collaborate with creative, content, and production teams to bring ideas to life and maintain strong client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement innovative brand strategies across all platforms. - Lead campaign ideation from concept to execution, aligning with the overall brand goals. - Translate briefs into actionable plans and campaign concepts. - Coordinate closely with graphic designers and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and timely deliveries. - Write and oversee high-quality content for offline and online campaigns, web, and other brand touchpoints. - Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to refine brand positioning. - Analyze campaign performance and use insights to optimize future strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and digital to maintain brand integrity. - Present concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders. - Lead brainstorming and creative planning sessions.
