Senior ServiceNow Developer

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow modules and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement

  ServiceNow applications

  , modules, and customizations.
• Build and enhance ServiceNow features like:
  

• Incident, Problem, Change Management

• Service Catalog & Request Management

• CMDB / Asset Management

• ITSM, ITOM, HRSD

  (as per project need)
• Develop

  client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, business rules

  , and custom workflows.
• Create and maintain

  Flow Designer workflows

  , integrations, and automation solutions.
• Work on

  Service Portal

  , custom widgets, and UI enhancements.
• Develop and maintain

  REST/SOAP integrations

  with third-party systems.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and quality assurance.
  
• Ensure adherence to

  ServiceNow best practices

  , coding standards, and governance.
• Support upgrade activities, performance optimization, and platform maintenance.
  
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and business teams to understand requirements.
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
