Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex Java-based enterprise applications
Architect and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot
Guide the team in developing robust batch processes using Spring Batch
Integrate Kafka-based event-driven systems and ensure high throughput
Drive cloud adoption strategies and oversee application deployment on AWS
Build and maintain containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
Ensure application resiliency, security, and high performance across environments
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams for seamless execution

Preferred Candidate Profile

12+ years of strong experience in Java and backend development
Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Microservices, and distributed systems
Strong hands-on knowledge with Kafka and event-driven architecture
Proven experience working with AWS cloud environments
Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Agile practices
Strong architectural thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience leading teams or handling end-to-end project ownership
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
