Senior Service Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Senior Service Manager to lead and manage the service operations for our industrial equipment and solutions in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience in managing after-sales service, customer relations, and a team of service engineers/technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall service operations, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and equipment.

Ensure timely resolution of service issues to meet customer satisfaction and SLA targets.

Develop and implement service strategies, SOPs, and preventive maintenance plans.

Supervise and guide a team of service engineers and technicians.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Production, and Quality to align service objectives.

Analyze service data, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement.

Handle escalations and maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions and reviews.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Manage spare parts inventory and optimize service logistics.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial service management.

Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems in industrial equipment.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and field operations.

Excellent communication, analytical, and customer-handling skills.

Proficient in using CRM, service management tools, and MS Office.
