Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Human Resources Management: Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, including but not limited to Labour Laws, POSH, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely submission of compliance-related documentation. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals. Handle grievances and foster a positive work environment. 2 . Executive Assistance to Director: Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by the Director. Assist in strategic planning and follow-up on key action items. 3. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to HR and compliance activities. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance. 4. Administrative Support: Coordinate and manage office operations and administrative tasks. Support in organizing meetings, events, and training programs. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in HR management and executive support. Certification in HR compliance or labor laws is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
