Tenant Integration & management (TI&M)

global team is responsible for defining the strategy and vision for industry-leading first-party Microsoft 365, PowerPlatform, Dynamics 365 services. Driving the usage and enhancing user experiences across the enterprise. We enable business partners, Internal users to meet stringent security, regulatory, and user experience requirements, while streamlining service excellence through automation and scalable service delivery. Our mission includes automating multi-tenant management, Security and operations to reduce friction and accelerate deployment of Microsoft services.Empowering employees and customers through the development and delivery of required tooling and security guidelines. Collaborating with product groups (PG) on Customer Zero initiatives to test and pilot the latest Microsoft features and enhancements. Key services offered by TI&M include Tenant Governance, Tenant Onboarding for M365, D365, Power Platform, Tenant Trust Enablement. Responsibilities

Looking for a technically strong and security-conscious Senior Service Engineer to lead the administration, governance, and innovation of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, Multi-tenant management and continuous improvements using AI and automation. This role will be responsible for defining security standards, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring platform health and compliance across the enterprise.As a Service Engineer,
  • You will independently administer and govern Power Platform environments including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and AI Builder, while managing environment lifecycle and user access across tenants.
  • You will architect and deploy Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and M365 Agent Builder, overseeing their full lifecycle from ideation to retirement, and driving adoption through performance tracking and feedback.
  • You will define and enforce governance and security standards including DLP policies, data residency, threat modeling, privacy reviews, and automated monitoring for policy violations and anomalies.
  • You will ensure and improve platform health and compliance by integrating with enterprise systems (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365), conducting assessments, and collaborating with Information Security and Compliance teams.
  • You will lead cross-functional collaboration and enablement, partnering with engineering, product group for (new features testing-Customer Zero), security team and business teams to drive feature initiatives.
  • You will be leveraging automation and AI approach for continuous improvement.
  • You will be responsible for responding to incidents and complex issues by identifying and troubleshooting the issue, deploying the appropriate fixes, and implementing automations to prevent recurring issues. You’ll also follow prescriptive guidance for security, privacy, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 7+years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+years of hands-on administration experience with Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
  • Proficiency in Azure services including Azure AD, Azure Monitor, Logic Apps, Function Apps, and Graph API.
  • Proficiency 3+years in PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Or any other language and Power Automate for building scalable workflows and integrating with APIs and enterprise systems.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
  • Practical knowledge of Azure AI services and Copilot Studio, including agentic architecture and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, along with expertise in enterprise-grade security, compliance, and identity/access management in M365 and Azure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong commitment to a growth mindset and active advocacy for inclusive practices.
  • Microsoft certifications including PL-900, PL-200, PL-600, AI-900, and AZ-104.
  • Experience integrating with the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. (Good to have).
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
