Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our manufacturing company. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for our equipment and machinery. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and maximize customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:  Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment and machinery.  Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and ensure optimal equipment performance.  Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, analyzing technical problems and implementing effective solutions.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to address customer concerns and resolve technical issues.  Provide technical support to customers, assisting with operational inquiries, troubleshooting, and training as needed.  Create detailed service reports, documenting service activities, resolutions, and recommendations for future improvements.  Assist in the development and improvement of service procedures, documentation, and technical resources to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.  Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and equipment advancements to provide informed recommendations and ensure service excellence.  Manage and maintain service tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory, ensuring their availability and proper functionality.  Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential service contract opportunities and contribute to customer retention and business growth. Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field. Candidate must have minimum experience between 1 - 2 years in the dust collectors, vacum cleaning manufacturing, or any other relevant sectors.
