About the Role: Sikora India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Service Engineer with strong expertise in Electrical and Electronics systems . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in component-level repairs , a solid understanding of industrial communication protocols , and the ability to work independently in field service environments. This role requires excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with a willingness to travel extensively across India. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical and electronic equipment. Diagnose and repair hardware at the electronic component level . Conduct service visits, remote support , and customer training . Work with and understand industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, CAN, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). Prepare detailed and accurate service reports and documentation in English. Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and improvements. Required Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in electrical/electronic maintenance or service engineering. Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronic components . Proficiency in component-level troubleshooting and repair . Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 40-50% of the time across India for service assignments.
