Job Description

About the Role:

Senior Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
of electrical and electronic equipment.
Diagnose and repair hardware at the
electronic component level
.
Conduct
service visits, remote support
, and
customer training
.
Work with and understand
industrial communication protocols
(e.g., Modbus, CAN, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
Prepare detailed and accurate
service reports and documentation
in English.
Collaborate with the
engineering team
to provide feedback on product performance and improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree
in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years
of proven experience in electrical/electronic maintenance or service engineering.
Strong technical knowledge of
electrical and electronic components
.
Proficiency in
component-level troubleshooting and repair
.
Familiarity with
industrial communication protocols
(Modbus, CAN, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
Excellent
verbal and written English
communication skills.
Willingness to travel
up to 40-50% of the time across India for service assignments.
