Your passion for technology and expertise in troubleshooting computer, laptop, and server-related issues will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients' computer systems and network devices. - Install and configure computer hardware, software, and network equipment. - Assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on various computer and network-related issues. - Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service. - Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and timely resolution of technical issues. - Document and maintain accurate records of all service requests and resolutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2.5 years of experience as a Service Technician. - Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a relevant field. - Strong knowledge of computer hardware and IT troubleshooting techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Technical certification, strong negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients. - Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
