Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Services Engineer, located in Coimbatore. Should be able to handle all Services on CNC Machines, both Mechanical and Electrical. The Senior Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and executing field service operations. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer concerns while ensuring solutions are efficient and effective, contributing to service quality improvement, and maintaining service documentation to track resolutions. Qualifications Expertise in Troubleshooting and solving technical issues efficiently Experience in Field Service operations and addressing client needs on-site Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients Skills in Technical Support, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair to ensure equipment functionality and safety Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field is an advantage Experience with a customer-focused approach and a problem-solving mindset
