Senior SEO Specialist

About the Role:
Skills Caravan is an AI-enabled SaaS platform transforming corporate talent development. We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI-Driven SEO & Growth Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy. This role goes beyond traditional SEO — you will leverage AI-powered tools, data intelligence, and predictive analytics to drive visibility, engagement, and conversions across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical) to maximize organic traffic and brand visibility.
• Integrate AI-driven insights for keyword clustering, voice search optimization, semantic search, and personalized content recommendations.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence using AI-enhanced SEO tools (e.g., SurferSEO, Jasper, SEMrush AI, ChatGPT integrations).
• Optimize Skills Caravan’s platform, landing pages, and content for search intent, AI-based ranking algorithms, and SERP features.
• Build a robust content-performance loop: analyze engagement data, predict trends, and recommend content updates using AI insights.
• Collaborate with product, content, and marketing teams to ensure SEO aligns with business goals and user journeys.
• Experiment with futuristic SEO opportunities — video SEO, AI-generated snippets, voice & visual search, and conversational AI optimization.
• Monitor and report performance KPIs, providing data-backed growth recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of proven SEO experience, with a strong understanding of evolving Google AI algorithms (e.g., SGE – Search Generative Experience).

• Familiarity with AI and automation in SEO, including prompt engineering for SEO content.
• Strong technical knowledge (schema markup, Core Web Vitals, crawling/indexing, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Jasper, or similar.
• Ability to blend creativity, data, and AI to craft future-ready SEO strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
