Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior SEO Executive to lead SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth, lead generation, and measurable business expansion. The ideal candidate will excel in Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO while guiding teams to align SEO efforts with revenue goals, market penetration, and customer acquisition. Responsibilities Technical SEO Conduct technical audits to resolve issues affecting site performance, crawlability, indexing, and rankings. Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and schema markup for better search visibility. Collaborate with developers to enhance site speed, HTTPS security, and mobile responsiveness. Apply AI-driven SEO techniques and stay updated on algorithm changes for competitive advantage. On-Page SEO Perform keyword research to target high-intent, transactional keywords aligned with business goals. Optimize meta tags, headers, content, and CTAs to improve rankings and conversion rates. Develop content strategies across all stages of the buyer's journey. Create gated assets (e. g., whitepapers, webinars) to generate leads through organic search. Off-Page SEO & Partnerships Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and co-marketing campaigns. Collaborate with influencers and industry communities for guest posting and brand authority growth. Monitor backlink profiles and disavow toxic links as needed. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor the SEO team to execute strategies aligning with marketing and revenue objectives. Assign tasks, track progress, and refine workflows for improved efficiency. Partner with sales and marketing teams to integrate SEO with lead-nurturing campaigns. Business Growth & Market Expansion Develop SEO strategies to reduce CAC, boost lead quality, and expand into new markets (local/international SEO). Analyze competitors and market trends to identify untapped opportunities. Optimize for emerging trends such as voice search and AI-driven SEO. Data-Driven Optimization Track KPIs tied to business outcomes, including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI. Use analytics tools to refine UX, improve engagement, and reduce bounce rates. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication Prepare reports linking SEO performance to revenue growth and market share. Present actionable insights to stakeholders, emphasizing the ROI of SEO investments. Requirements 5-10 years of SEO experience with expertise in Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and CRM platforms. Strong grasp of CRO, UX principles, and omnichannel marketing integration.
