Senior SEO Executive

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior SEO Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with proven expertise in SEO and digital marketing who can lead projects, mentor juniors, and drive measurable results for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SEO projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Manage and guide a team of SEO executives , providing mentorship and support.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align SEO best practices across all digital channels.
• Build and execute advanced link-building and outreach strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.
• Handle client communication, present reports, and propose data-driven recommendations.
• Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to complement organic strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Strong project management and leadership skills with prior experience in leading a team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Knowledge of PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and email marketing is a plus.
