Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and outreach on platforms like Freelancer and Upwork. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a high conversion rate. Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Stay abreast of the latest trends in web development and digital marketing to offer up-to-date solutions to clients. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, specifically in the IT or web development sector. Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals on freelance platforms like Freelancer and Upwork. Strong understanding of web development, web designing, digital marketing, and IT services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
