Senior SEO Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate SEO project plans into clear, actionable daily tasks for the team.
• Lead hands-on SEO campaign execution, optimization, and share timely updates with Project Managers and clients.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
• Proactively identify and flag risks or issues during execution for quick resolution.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, processes, and quality standards across all SEO activities.
• Mentor and guide SEO Executives on daily deliverables, quality checks, and best practices.
• Provide structured briefs to Executives, clearly outlining tasks, priorities, and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is an added advantage.
