Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to plan, implement, and optimize our search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic search rankings, driving qualified traffic, and increasing conversions through data-driven SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website visibility
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, URL structures, and internal linking
  • Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile usability, indexing, crawl errors, schema, Core Web Vitals)
  • Monitor and improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversion rates
  • Manage link-building strategies and evaluate backlink profiles
  • Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices
  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz
  • Prepare SEO reports and present insights, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Search Engine Optimization
  • Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and algorithms
  • Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic level)
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in eCommerce SEO or lead-generation projects
  • Knowledge of local SEO, international SEO, and schema markup
  • Familiarity with content marketing and CRO principles
  • Basic understanding of PPC and digital marketing channels

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,958.36 - ₹25,000.00 per month
