As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, improve retention, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of email marketing tools, list segmentation, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:*
• Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives and brand strategy.
• Create compelling and persuasive email content, including copywriting, design coordination, and formatting.
• Segment and manage email lists based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to ensure targeted communication.
• Track, analyze, and report on key email performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion rates, making data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Generate and nurture leads through strategic email campaigns and automation workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance campaign performance.
