Senior SAP PP/MM Consultant Location: Noida/Pune/Jaipur Duration: Full Time Permanent Salary: Market Standards Experience Level: 10-12 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/MM Consultant to join our SAP Centre of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge in SAP Production Planning and Materials Management modules and strong hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, system configurations, and support activities. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business operations and enhance system capabilities. Key Responsibilities: SAP PP (Production Planning): Analyze business requirements related to production planning, shop floor execution, and capacity planning. Configure and support PP modules including MRP, SOP, Demand Management, Work Centers, Routing, and Production Orders. Implement and manage Master Data (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers). Integrate PP with QM, PM, and other SAP modules. Handle make-to-stock (MTS) and make-to-order (MTO) scenarios. Develop and document functional specifications for custom developments and reports. SAP MM (Materials Management): Configure and support MM modules including purchasing, inventory management, material valuation, and invoice verification. Manage vendor master data, source list, quota arrangements, and procurement cycles (PR to PO). Implement and enhance warehouse management and logistics invoice verification processes. Work on integration points with SD, WM, and FI modules. Support stock transfer processes, subcontracting, consignment, and third-party procurement. General : Participate in SAP project implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. Deliver training and create user documentation for business users. Provide support for post-go-live issues and ongoing system enhancements. Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom objects and enhancements. Coordinate with business stakeholders to drive process improvements. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP PP/MM Consultant. Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement. Proven track record in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments. Experience with integration between PP/MM and other SAP modules (SD, FI, WM, QM). Good knowledge of IDocs, batch jobs, and interface monitoring. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. SAP certification in PP or MM is a plus. Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience with S/4HANA (Migration or Greenfield Implementation). Exposure to SAP Fiori apps and user experience enhancements. Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid project methodologies. Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for change and release management. Show more Show less
