Role: SAP S/4HANA SCM/Logistics Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE - Onsite

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SCM modules (MM, EWM, SD, PP) with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in S/4HANA.
• Strong configuration skills in one or more areas: purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, order management, or production planning.
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps, S/4HANA simplifications, and advanced ATP is a plus.
• Knowledge of integration points between SAP modules (MM-SD, MM-EWM, PP-MM, etc.).
• Ability to create and execute test scripts, conduct user training, and provide production support.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Soft Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA certification in any of the relevant modules (MM, EWM, SD, or PP)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and project tools (e.g., Solution Manager, Jira)
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, automotive, or consumer goods industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Configure SAP S/4HANA Modules:
• MM: Procurement processes (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, release strategies)
• EWM: Warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, Putaway, picking, packing, physical inventory, RF setup
• SD: Order-to-cash processes, pricing, shipping, billing, returns, customer master data
• PP: Production orders, material requirements planning (MRP), routings, BOMs, capacity planning, shop floor control
• Lead end-to-end implementation cycles including business requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical SAP solutions.
• Define and document functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration between SCM modules and with other systems (FI/CO, QM, etc.).
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process optimizations.
