We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.

This individual will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce into our business operations while leading development initiatives to enhance system functionality and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Lightning, and Visualforce
• Lead design sessions to evaluate business requirements, review options, and recommend best-fit architectural solutions
• Configure Salesforce declaratively, ensuring effective utilization of Salesforce.com configuration tools
• Handle data migration between Salesforce environments using appropriate tools and strategies
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems and manage SSO solutions for seamless system functionality
• Collaborate with product owners and Agile teams to develop user stories and maintain the product backlog
• Oversee and manage version control processes using solutions such as GitHub
• Troubleshoot existing applications to resolve technical issues and optimize performance
• Communicate the benefits, risks, and constraints of technical decisions to both IT and business stakeholders
• Mentor junior developers to promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team
• Adhere to established coding standards and deliver high-quality code to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Salesforce.com (Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC, Lightning, Communities, and Visualforce pages)
• Proficiency in Web Development technologies such as Ajax, JavaScript, SOAP, HTTP, CSS, and Bootstrap
• Expertise in Salesforce.com declarative configuration and hands-on experience with data migration processes
• Knowledge of version control solutions like GitHub
• Salesforce certifications in Administration, App Development, and PD1
• Understanding of ERP integration and SSO technologies
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies, including user stories and product backlogs
• Ability to deliver innovative solutions through creative and strategic thinking
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude

Nice to have

• Familiarity with complex integration scenarios involving Salesforce and third-party platforms
• Background in Salesforce Communities or advanced Lightning Customization
• Capability to design and model robust data structures within Salesforce
• Showcase of delivering enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
