Senior Salesforce Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), focusing on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, flow, Mobile, and Single Sign-On implementations.
• Act as the technical lead for custom developments on Salesforce, ensuring that development is aligned with business requirements and driving the development team to deliver robust solutions.
• Lead Salesforce integration/migration efforts, collaborating with clients to define the integration/migration strategy and ensure smooth transition and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and team members on areas such as Release Management, Security, Integration, Migration, and Technical Development.
• Demonstrate successful implementation of Batch Apex and Schedule Apex for complex background jobs and automated processes.
• Hands-on experience with Java, C#, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for custom development and integrations.
• Work with advanced Salesforce development tools and techniques including Apex, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, JavaScript, Force.com SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter API, UI API, and outbound messaging.
• Lead the integration and deployment of Salesforce applications with third-party enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and communication.

Experience Requirements:

• 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, with a focus on flow, Mobile, Single Sign-On, and API integrations.
• Proven experience in Salesforce integration/migration, particularly in defining strategies and collaborating with clients for smooth deployment.
• In-depth knowledge of Batch Apex and Schedule Apex development, and experience in handling large-scale integrations.
• Solid background in Java, C#, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for custom development and complex integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Force.com, SOQL, SOSL, and various APIs.
