The ideal candidate will be responsible for both the development and administration of our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure Salesforce solutions, develop custom features, and ensure platform stability and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. Build and customize Lightning pages and components to enhance user experience. Develop and maintain triggers, workflows, process builders, flows, and custom objects. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi). Manage version control and deployment processes using tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset. Salesforce Administration: Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including data cleanup, deduplication, and integrity checks. Monitor and optimize system performance, dashboards, reports, and automation processes.
