Senior Sales Professional

What We're Looking For:

  • 5 to 8 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with minimum 4 years in SaaS/aPaaS solutions.

  • Experience in IT/ITES or Pharma/Life Sciences is a good-to-have and mandatory; multi-vertical exposure is a plus.

  • Proven track record in international markets, especially US/EU.
  • Strong lead generation skills

    with hands-on experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with experience closing high-value, complex enterprise deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as a quota-carrying individual contributor.

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively generating high-quality leads through prospecting, targeted outreach, and market mapping.
  • Leverage advanced sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.) to identify and engage decision-makers.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned to revenue targets.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.

2. Revenue Generation & Market Expansion

  • Generate B2B sales for IT solutions and services across SMB and enterprise segments.
  • Own national and international sales, focusing on North America and Canada.
  • Achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets through strategic account development.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and targeted cold outreach.
  • Create and flourish new sales channels to expand market reach.

3. Enterprise Sales Execution

  • Manage the complete sales cycle discovery, demos, proposals, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries and companies.
  • Develop tailored proposals and deliver compelling presentations that articulate the value proposition of AmpleLogics SaaS/aPaaS solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to anticipate trends and identify growth opportunities.

4. Collaboration & Market Presence

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment from lead generation to go-live.
  • Actively participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand recognition and generate leads.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product and service development.

5. Account Growth & Client Success

  • Expand into new industries Pharma, Cosmetics, Cannabis, Gene Therapy, Tobacco, Food & Beverages, and more.
  • Drive upsells and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts while acquiring new logos.
