• Service Salesperson is expected to have a deep understanding of the products, solutions and services of IBMS (BMS, FAS, CCTV, ACS and other state of art technology system) and having compelled value proposition, as well as the market technical trends to maximize technology penetration.
• The Service Sales has strong capability to understand client requirements and industrial insights to integrate related products, solutions and services offering, and having different scenario-base practice of the industry to ensure the offering has great market value with fulfilling client requirement.
• Service Sales understands sales strategy of the IBMS industry to better utilize internal resources and collaborate closely with Sales Engineer, Service engineer, Project manager to establish business proposal, and provide demonstrations or Proof of Concept (PoC) to ensure the proposed offering could fulfil client requirements with higher value achieved.
• The Service Sales needs to establish down-to-earth sales executions to achieve both client and Delta goal, and explore new clients which in the assigned
• Gathering potential customer needs and executing sales development plans.
• Writing bid proposals and drive till closure
• Quoting within the authority.
• Account Penetration to increase the Share., Revenue of the identified Opportunity., Identify Legacy Install Base and drive conversion., TP install Base conversion, Revenue recognition & Collection.
• Satisfaction Rate of the identified account.
Understanding of the IBMS market, Knowledge and working relations with IBMS (BMS, CCTV, FAS, ACS and other state of are technology systems) consultant, MEP & HVAC contractors, End customer and Excellent communication (Written and Verbal), PR skills & Negotiation Skills.
• Technology and industrial expertise: Leverages broad and deep technology and industry expertise to engage decision makers and key influencers with highly contextual insights to penetrate the core of the client’s architecture.
• Sales and strategy execution: Drives sales progress through managing entire sales lifecycle and resources with aligning both Delta & client’s business strategy.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Energize the extended teams with cross platform efforts by giving clear sense of purpose and value and demonstrate One Delta behaviors to maximize the connection.
Bachelors in engineering/ business.
