Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering the best solution. Manage returns, exchanges, order tracking, and general product inquiries. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
