Senior Sales Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative located in Bathinda. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions. Daily tasks include managing sales pipelines, meeting or exceeding sales targets, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team. The role also entails maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients and participating in industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the glass industry is a plus
