Position Summary

Senior Sales Representative – B2C

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & CRM Usage

  • Handle

    inbound, outbound, and referral leads

    assigned for Chennai region.
  • Ensure

    all leads are updated, tracked, and followed up in CRM

    .
  • Record all sales activities in CRM –

    calls, emails, meetings, site visits, and proposals

    .
  • Work only through

    CRM for client handovers post-sales

    (no parallel/manual systems).

2. Sales Execution & Client Engagement

  • Conduct

    outbound sales activities

    : cold calling, follow-ups, and structured outreach.
  • Manage

    inbound inquiries

    quickly and convert them into site visits/demos.
  • Carry out

    site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations

    for potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with

    schools, corporates, residential associations, clubs, and institutions

    .
  • Support the Sales Manager in

    closing high-value opportunities

    .
  • Achieve

    monthly and quarterly B2C sales targets

    assigned for the Chennai region.

3. Market Development & Reporting

  • Gather market intelligence on

    competitors, pricing, and customer needs

    in Tamil Nadu.
  • Participate in

    local events, exhibitions, and sports expos

    to enhance brand presence.
  • Submit

    daily/weekly CRM and MIS reports

    on leads handled, site visits, and closures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience

    in B2C sales (sports infra, real estate, construction, or related industries preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must have

    experience in lead management and CRM usage

    .
  • Willingness to travel extensively within

    Chennai and Tamil Nadu

    .
