Senior Sales Officer

As a Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive in the OTC Channel, you will be responsible for the following key deliverables: - Achieving Sales Target (Primary and Secondary) for the assigned territory - Managing distributors for the territory and ensuring retail coverage as per beat plan - Ensuring adherence to PJP for market visits and using defined system apps for order capturing - Driving all schemes effectively in the market - Attending to all customer queries in a timely manner - Submitting and settling all distributor claims on time - Ensuring visibility/displays in the market as per the plan - Tracking competition activities in the market and reporting the same - Driving new product launches in the market - Managing stock at the distributor level - Identifying new distributors in towns in case of coverage gaps - Training distributors and their staff to ensure adequate knowledge of our products - Visiting Specifiers/Influencers to promote our products and ensuring merchandising activities like displays, free samples, on-the-spot demonstration, shelf spaces, special offers, etc. Qualifications required for this position include having a regular graduation (not from correspondence or distance education), with a post-graduation not being mandatory.
