Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Acquisition

Source new credit card customers through open market channels, field visits, corporate activities, and reference networks.
Explain card features, benefits, fees, and usage to potential customers.
Drive daily/weekly/monthly card acquisition targets assigned by RBL Bank.
Manage end-to-end onboarding: lead creation → documentation → verification → submission.

2. Customer Engagement

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products.
Provide a smooth onboarding experience and maintain strong relationships with customers for referrals.
Participate in promotional events, canopy activities, and marketing campaigns.

3. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure KYC, documentation, and eligibility checks are completed accurately.
Adhere to RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, risk) for application processing.

4. Market Intelligence

Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and promotions.
Share feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and product positioning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
