Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Acquisition

  • Source new credit card customers through open market channels, field visits, corporate activities, and reference networks.
  • Explain card features, benefits, fees, and usage to potential customers.
  • Drive daily/weekly/monthly card acquisition targets assigned by RBL Bank.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding: lead creation → documentation → verification → submission.

2. Customer Engagement

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products.
  • Provide a smooth onboarding experience and maintain strong relationships with customers for referrals.
  • Participate in promotional events, canopy activities, and marketing campaigns.

3. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure KYC, documentation, and eligibility checks are completed accurately.
  • Adhere to RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, risk) for application processing.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Share feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and product positioning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
