Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our team in the Personal Loan department. Roles and Responsibility Manage and develop a portfolio of personal loan customers to achieve business targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve queries and concerns. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on personal loans. Strong knowledge of financial products and programs, including personal loans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working with sales teams and contributing to business development initiatives.
